Yes. We inspect your slab, repair any cracks, and apply our acrylic sport surfacing in your choice of colors. Then we stripe regulation pickleball lines — kitchen, service boxes, centerline, and baselines — for singles or doubles play.
Yes. We assist with permit coordination on all commercial and HOA projects. For residential courts, we’ll advise you on what’s needed based on your city and HOA requirements.
A new residential pickleball court with concrete base, acrylic surface, and striping typically runs $25,000–$45,000 depending on size, site conditions, and add-ons like fencing and lighting. Commercial and multi-court projects are scoped separately. We give you a specific range on your first call once we know your address and goals.
Regulation play surface is 20×44 ft. Most residential builds include buffer space bringing the total footprint to 30×60 ft minimum. Tight spaces like driveways or side yards can work at the minimum footprint — we confirm buildability on the site visit.
From first call to finished court is typically 4–6 weeks. Concrete needs 28 days to cure before surfacing goes down. Weather, permitting, and site prep complexity are the main variables that shift the timeline.
